The Corporation of the Town of Georgina (Town) is seeking submissions from qualified vendors (respondents) for the rental of four (4) compact SUV’s (vehicles) in accordance with the minimum specifications outlined in this bid call document. The vehicles shall be delivered to and picked up from the delivery location. The vehicles do not need to be new or unused. The vehicles will be required for approximately five (5) months. TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE for this rental. The Town has an IMMEDIATE need for these vehicles and will require delivery of the vehicles without delay from the successful respondent (contractor) shortly after receipt of purchase order which is expected to be no later than five (5) days after the submission deadline. The vehicles will be assigned to two (2) supervisors in the Roads Division and two (2) By-Law officers in the Municipal Law Enforcement Division. |
