Description: 
  1. The Corporation of the Town of Georgina (Town) is seeking bid submissions from qualified vendors (respondents) for the provision of all labour, materials, and equipment necessary for the improvements of 11.2 kilometres of Lake Drive (north and east) between Varney Road and Dalton Road;
  2. The improvements will generally consist of various pavement markings, signage installation, traffic calming (flex bollards, pedestrian crossing, speed humps installation), paving of asphalt shoulder, and sidewalk installation (work);
  3. The above descriptions are general only and are not to be interpreted as the limits to the contract scope; and
  4. Specific directions and requirements for completing the work of the contract are described in the Contract Documents listed in the Supplementary Conditions.
