The Corporation of the Town of Georgina (Town) is seeking submissions from qualified vendors (respondents) for the removal and disposal of an existing evaporative condenser and supply and installation (work) of a new evaporative condenser (condenser) at the Georgina Ice Palace located at 90 Wexford Drive, Keswick, Ontario L4P 3P7 (site). The existing condenser that shall be replaced is a Baltimore Aircoil Model # VC1-N257. For full specifications of the existing condenser refer to Appendix A - Current Evaporative Condenser Specifications. The Town will be conducting a MANDATORY SITE MEETING on May 7, 2020. Respondents shall register by May 5, 2020 at 23:45:00 hrs local time to be eligible to attend. Submissions shall be accepted only from respondents that attended the mandatory site meeting. This project is governed by the Construction Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C.30. |
