The Corporation of the Town of Georgina (Town) is seeking submissions from qualified vendors to remove and replace the existing heating oil tank (work) at the Georgina Family Life Centre located at 25202 Warden Avenue, Keswick, Ontario (site). The replacement heating oil tank must comply with all standards governing heating oil tanks, including but not limited to national construction standards, Underwriters’ Laboratories’ of Canada and Canadian Standards Association. Installation of the replacement heating oil tank must be completed in accordance with all governing installation codes, including but not limited to CAN/CSA B139 Series Installation Code for Oil-Burning Equipment, current edition. Installation of the replacement heating oil tank must be completed by a person fully certified and accredited by the authorities having jurisdiction for this type of equipment and registered with the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA). |
