The Corporation of the Town of Georgina (Town) is seeking to retain the services of a multi-disciplinary consulting team under the control of an Architectural Prime Design Consultant(Respondent) with provendesignexperiencerelated tonew construction and interior planning of municipal emergency services projects such as fire stations,police stations, EMS,or any combination thereof (Project). The Respondent will be responsible to provide design, tender, and construction phase services (Work) for the construction of a new fire station located in Pefferlaw, Ontario as well as the demolition and disposal of the old fire station currently at the site. Theproposedproperty for fire station 1-8 islocated at 272 Pefferlaw Road, which is the neighboring property to the existing Station 1-8 located at 270 Pefferlaw Road, Pefferlaw, Ontario. |
