The Corporation of the Town of Georgina (Town) is seeking submissions from qualified vendors (respondents) to provide residential building demolition and site clean-up services (work) for two (2) locations (site(s)) within the Town.  The Town will secure and provide the necessary demolition permit for each site.  Time is of the essence for this project, therefore, the successful respondent (contractor) shall complete the work described herein no later than November 22, 2019 (sooner would be preferred).  The contractor shall deliver the work on a continuous basis and all work shall be completed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract.

There are two (2) site locations.  Each site will be treated as a separate and distinct project within this bid solicitation.  Upon award of contract, the Town will assign a Town Representative for each site with whom the contactor will communicate and coordinate the work.
