The Corporation of the Town of Georgina (Town) is seeking submissions from qualified vendors to inspect the Bike Park and Trails at the Recreational Outdoor Campus (ROC) and provide a detailed report (work) that, at a minimum: · Describes the condition of the existing site features; · Recommends replacement, upgrade or rehabilitation options of the existing site features; · Summarizes the current operation and maintenance of the site; · Includes recommendations on changes to the operation and supervision of the site; · Contains sufficient information suitable for inclusion in a subsequent Request for Tender (RFT) to conduct the recommended work; and · Cost estimates of recommendations to assist the Town in budgeting for replacement, upgrade or rehabilitation of existing site features. |
