The Corporation of the Town of Georgina (Town) is looking for a Project Management Services firm(s) (Respondent) that can take on the management of various major projects (Work). Purpose: The purpose of this RFP is to invite proposals from qualified Project Management Firms to provide miscellaneous Project Management Services on “an as and when requested basis” for medium to large construction projects for The Town. It is anticipated that this RFP will produce a list of up to three (3) qualified Companies that will be used on a rotational basis for major construction projects on an as needed basis, running from six (6) months to a maximum of thirty (30) months terms with the option to renew two (1) year terms upon mutual agreement. The successful Respondent(s) (Project Manager) will be responsible for miscellaneous Construction Project Management Services. |
