The Corporation of the Town of Georgina (Town) is seeking bid submissions from qualified design-build contractors (respondent) to provide code compliant architectural layout and engineering design drawings incorporating actual site measurements, installation details and material specifications, and obtain the required building permit(s), as well as all labour, equipment, material and supervision, as required, to supply and install new steel railings and concrete step extensions for the aisle stairs (work) of the Blue Pad spectator seating area at the Georgina Ice Palace (site).
