Description: 

The Corporation of the Town of Georgina (Town) is seeking submissions from qualified vendors (respondents) for the supply and installation of one (1) fire protection tank (tank) with an approximate capacity of 120,000L at the location specified in the drawings and in accordance with the specifications herein (work). It is also the successful respondent’s (contractor) responsibility to supply and install hold-down ties to anchor and secure the tank. The tank shall be installed on the property of the Udora Community Hall located at 24 Victoria Road, Udora, Ontario (site).

The contractor undertaking the work must understand that the parking lot pavement is new.  Therefore, any damage to the pavement, curbs, sidewalk, landscaping or property shall be repaired at the contractor's expense. 

This project will be governed by the Construction Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C.30.
