The Corporation of the Town of Georgina (Town) is seeking submissions from qualified vendors to development of a comprehensive Parking Master Plan (Work) for the entire GEORGINA LINK site, located at 20849 Dalton Rd, Sutton, ON L0E 1R0 (Site) to strategically address the LINK’s parking requirements inclusive of but not limited to:

·  Maximizing parking numbers in contents of future phases, to align as closely as possible to the Town’s Zoning Bylaw;

·  Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority (LSRCA) regulated area impacts;

·  Compliance to Town’s Facility Accessibility Design Standards;

·  Compliance to the Town’s Traffic and Parking By-law Section 5.8;

·  Distribution/Configuration/Optimization of parking spaces;

·  Layout of safe and logical pedestrian routes to/from parkingand circulation throughout the entire site;

·  Optimization of land-use;

·  Signage/Wayfinding Requirements;

·  Grading, drainage and landscaping requirements;

·  Lighting requirements;

·  Determination of bike rack locations;

·  Determination of seating/rest areas;

·  Surface and/or resurfacing options; and

·  Financial consideration for respective options.

The Parking Master Plan will provide a framework and financial forecasting for effective future parking considerations.
