Description: 
  1. The Corporation of the Town of Georgina (Town) is seeking bid submissions from qualified vendors (respondent) to supply all labour, equipment, material, and supervision, as required, for the removal, disposal, supply, and replacement of two (2) gas-fired Rooftop HVAC Units (RTUs) at the Georgina Ice Palace, and one (1) gas-fired HVAC packaged (RTU) Unit at the Pefferlaw Lions Hall along with all existing gas shut-off valves, disconnect switches, and thermostats (work).
  2. In addition, the scope of work includes major repairs to the existing gas-fired rooftop Desiccant dehumidification unit;

  3. This work will be conducted at two (2) Town facilities:

    The Georgina Ice Palace located at 90 Wexford Drive, Keswick, ON L4P 3P7 (site), and

    The Pefferlaw Lions Hall located at 38 Pete's lane, Pefferlaw, ON L0E 1N0 (site).

  4. Work will be further defined in APPENDIX B – PROJECT DETAILS.
