The Corporation of the Town of Georgina (Town) is seeking bid submissions from qualified vendors (respondent) for the supply and delivery of bulk gasoline and diesel fuels (deliverables) to various Town owned fuel station locations (sites) within the municipality (work).   The Town expects that each respondent have satisfactory evidence of their ability, experience and capital to complete the contract as outlined herein.

Each respondent shall be prepared, if requested to present evidence of experience, ability, service facilities and financial standing necessary to meet satisfactory the requirements set forth or implied in this Request for Tender (RFT).

The Town requires that each respondent has made themselves familiar with, and shall abide by all Federal, Provincial, Municipal and Local laws, rules and regulations and authorities having jurisdiction which in any way affect the work, and no plea of misunderstanding will be considered on account of ignorance thereof.
