The Corporation of the Town of Georgina (Town) is seeking submissions from qualified vendors (respondents) for the supply of HL3, HL3A, HL8 hot mix and cold mix asphalt materials (materials). All goods will be picked up from the successful respondent’s (Contractor) asphalt plant by a Town representative from the Operations Division using either a three tonne hot box or a dump truck (Town’s equipment) to transport the goods. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to load the asphalt materials into the Town’s equipment.
