Description: 

The Corporation of the Town of Georgina (Town) is seeking submissions from qualified vendors (respondents) to conduct a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) needs assessment (work). 

The successful respondent (contractor) will be required to:

1.  Prepare a Business Requirements Document (BRD) that articulates the business needs for both Economic Development and Service Georgina to deliver exceptional customer service, and considers our IT infrastructure;

2.  Document the current processes for the services identified (note: base service inventory will be provided. Contractor will be required to highlight any specific requirements for service inventory);

3.  Conduct a fit/gap analysis of existing technology solutions (e.g. WorkTech, iCity, telephony, Microsoft Office Suite) to determine suitability to meet the articulated business needs;

4.  Establish a list of solutions and rank these solutions based on the Town's business needs; recognizing that existing systems will remain active enterprise tools, and that integration is critical. Contractor will be expected to provide a list of pros and cons for each solution;

5.  Create a Functional Requirements Document for an RFP so that the Town is prepared to move forward with implementing the recommended solution(s); and

6.  Highlight processes that warrant optimization based on recommended solution(s).
