The Corporation of the Town of Georgina (Town) is seeking bid submissions from qualified vendors (respondent) with strong surveying experience and expertise to develop and administer an unbiased and statistically significant Town-wide Citizen Survey (work); This work will include services from pre-consultation and development, through to post-survey analysis, reporting and presenting the final survey results; Communications support will also be required; The successful respondent (consultant) will assist in the development of the parameters for the survey (i.e., sample size and respondents), and survey questions, as well as administer the survey, complete an analysis, and present all findings to the Town Council and senior leadership team; and The consultant will provide all process documentation to demonstrate statistical accuracy and reliability. |
