The Corporation of the Town of Georgina (Town) and its Designated Project Manager (DPM), CBRE requires a Prime Design Consultant (the “Prime Design Consultant”) to develop the Site Master Plan, Building Architectural Design, Landscape design as well as manage the interior fit out in the new space as detailed in this RFP. The successful respondent must be capable and shall provide the professional services for the Project including but not limited to the following:· Prime Design Consultant services including Furniture Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) specifications, management of the RFP procurement process, evaluation and recommendation matrix. |
