The Corporation of the Town of Georgina (Town) is seeking bid submissions from qualified vendors (respondent) for the provision of Water Meter Operations & Maintenance Services (work) on the Town’s approximate fourteen-thousand-five hundred (14,500) existing water metered accounts located in resident’s (customer) homes or businesses (sites);

Required work may include, but not be limited to:

1. Supply of meters;
2. Installation services for new construction;
3. Meter repairs and replacement on existing meters and touchpads;
4. Meter testing; and
5. Meter changeout project management.

In addition to this, the Town wants to complete its water meter replacement program, which includes replacing the final seven thousand (7,000) analog water meters with updated Neptune R900 meters;

The replacement of these remaining meters will be completed over the first three (3) years of this contract.
