The Corporation of the Town of Georgina (Town) is seeking bid submissions from qualified vendors (respondent) to provide demolition services for two (2) Town-owned structures, located on two (2), separate Town-owned properties as further described herein (work).

The structures to be demolished and their locations (sites) are listed below:

  1. Jericho House – 807 Lake Drive East, Jackson’s Point, Ontario  L0E 1L0; and
  2. Virginia Community Hall – 28288 Highway 48, Georgina, Ontario  L0E 1N0.
