Description: 

The Corporation of the Town of Georgina (Town) is seeking bid submissions from qualified vendors (respondent) for the provision of construction services related to the rehabilitation of the Pefferlaw Dam;

The Pefferlaw Dam location is Pefferlaw Dam Conservation Area, 219 Pefferlaw Road, Pefferlaw, Ontario L0E 1N0 (site).

Works consist of concrete repairs, temporary dewatering and erosion controls, permanent erosion controls, soil remediation, armourstone wall repair, restoration, new pedestrian / operational bridge, and earthworks; and

Specific directions and requirements for completing the work of the contract are described in the Contract Documents listed in the Supplementary Conditions.
